Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder offers a high-performance formula that provides up to 9 levels of lift and optimal neutralization. This multi-technique lightener boosts total lift with visible results in just 10 minutes, even on the darkest bases.
How to use: Note: For the techniques below, the lightener must be combined with the dedicated L'Oréal Professional foils to lift hair quickly and evenly. Development time up to 50 minutes depending on desired result. Do not use heat. - French Balayage: 1 Dot Technique - Mix ratio 1:1 with Blond Studio 9 Volume 20/30 Oil Developer - Use a board for the ends and saturate with more product than in the lengths. Continue this application over the entire crown and sides. - Foiling: Multi-Dot Techniques - Mix ratio 1:1.5 with Blond Studio 9 Volume 20/30 Oil Developer - Paint multi-dot sections, in foils over the entire head up to the crown. - Overall Application - Mix ratio 1:2 or 1:3 with Blond Studio 9 Volume 20/30 Oil Developer - Apply as an overall application to the regrowth area. First the lengths and ends then the roots. - Rinse: When the development time is complete, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. wash with L'Oréal Professionnel Post-Coloring Shampoo.
