Orders more than 10 days from the date of delivery or purchase are not eligible for exchange.

All product exchanges must be in unopened, unused, and saleable condition upon arrival.

Any products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for exchange.

Beautebox Le Nouveau Monde offers exchange only. Refunds are not provided.

Any package that is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to insufficient address is subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping fees will be deducted.

We require pictures of damaged goods in order to process an exchange. Any damaged products must be reported within 24 hours. Beautebox Le Nouveau Monde is not responsible if a claim is not addressed within this timeline.
In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are exchange only and non-refundable.

Exchanges must be requested within 10 days with a valid receipt.
Online Orders

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Additional Information

Please include a copy of the order invoice or order number in the returning package.

Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

Beautebox Le Nouveau Monde does not accept COD returns.

Original Shipping & Handling fees are only applicable in cases of product defect or company error.
